Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are parting ways with their stunning residence in Hidden Hills, CA.

The “Full House” star and the fashion mogul, who both faced legal consequences for their involvement in the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal, acquired the newly constructed home in the gated community in 2020 for $9.5 million.

They are now listing the property for $17,500,000, potentially doubling their investment if they secure their asking price.

Previously, the duo sold a Bel-Air estate for approximately $18 million to Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen. Initially, they had listed that property for $35 million after extensive remodeling.

With their current listing in one of Hidden Hills’ most exclusive neighborhoods, they might find better success with the pricing.

Modern Farmhouse Elegance

The kitchen boasts marble countertops, premium appliances, and white oak cabinetry, while the primary suite offers a fireplace, dual baths, and scenic mountain vistas.

Additional highlights include a state-of-the-art gym, a home cinema, and a wine cellar.

The expansive 1.5-acre grounds feature a swimming pool, bocce court, fire pit, barbecue zone, and a covered dining area.

About Lori Loughlin

Lori Loughlin is renowned for her role as Aunt Becky on the classic TV sitcom “Full House” and its Netflix revival, “Fuller House.” She made a playful cameo on the final season of the HBO series “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” portraying a fictionalized version of herself and subtly addressing her involvement in the college admissions scandal.

Following her guilty plea to a conspiracy charge, Loughlin served a two-month prison sentence, paid a $150,000 fine, and completed community service. Similarly, Giannulli served a five-month sentence, paid a $150,000 fine, and fulfilled community service requirements after pleading guilty to a conspiracy charge.

Loughlin confessed to paying $500,000 to the scheme’s “mastermind” through a “side door” to secure admission for her two daughters to the University of Southern California.

The couple were among approximately 50 individuals implicated in the scandal, including “Desperate Housewives” actress Felicity Huffman.
